Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
In most cases, yes. MOQ depends on the product category and brand. Entry-level items (cables, basic chargers, small accessories) usually have a lower MOQ, while premium or branded products require higher volumes. Send us your product list and we will confirm the MOQ for each item.
How can I get a price list or quotation?
Browse the catalogue, note the product names/codes and approximate quantities, then send them via the contact form along with your company details and delivery country. Our sales manager will prepare a tailored quotation instead of a generic static price list, so your pricing reflects your volumes and logistics.
Do you offer shipping, or do I have to arrange my own transport?
We can do both. By default, we can arrange shipping to your country with trusted logistics partners and include it in the offer. If you prefer to use your own forwarder, let us know in the request and we will quote ex-warehouse or another suitable term.
Can I order samples before placing a larger wholesale order?
We do not offer samples more than 1 product.
What payment terms do you provide?
For new clients, we usually work on prepayment (proforma invoice). For long-term partners with stable volumes, we can discuss extended terms on a case-by-case basis. All details will be included in your quotation before you confirm the order.
